Skill was found 1997 and supports companies to reach young professionals for demanding jobs. We provide academic competence for consultant services on full or part time. We also provide recruitment service when you need to employ young professionals.

Our mission is to match the competences requested by our customers with the competence produced at the University. Skill is dedicated to provide the human resources support that helps businesses achieve their vision.

Our extensive CV database with candidates from universities all over Sweden helps us make a correct search for academics with suitable education and experience for each specific assignment. We usually present two candidates, for you to make the final decision about who you would like to hire or employ.

Recruitment process
As your recruitment partner, Skill will work dedicated in searching your future co-employee by following steps:
1) Definition of requirements
2) Advertisement and search for suitable candidates from Skill's extensive CV database combined with our unique network of driven and focused candidates.
3) A first selection of candidates is made based on all incoming appliances.
4) A second selection of candidates is made based on personal interviews.
5) A third selection is made based on references.
6) Presentation of 2 candidates.
7) You can employ any of the presented candidates.
