TOYOTA MATERIAL HANDLING EUROPE (TMHE) has today a mutual ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system (Movex) in seventeen companies throughout Europe. It is now time to upgrade our existing platform to our new system M3 in all countries using Movex, implementing new business processes and systems supporting our harmonised business. Our intention is to take further steps in optimising our business processes and, through the use of new technology initiated by the changed ERP system, to facilitate further innovations.
Toyota Industries IT Supply Europe AB presently need Junior Application Specialists for all our business areas Sales and Order, Logistics, Business Solutions, Finance and Service. The mission will be to work in the team heading the European implementation. There will also be development and maintenance work on M3 to improve the business solution.
The primary task within the next years will be to take part in our ERP Roll Out project, Upgrading our European Market and Sales companies systems to our M3 environment in order to further improve and harmonize the business processes.
As an application specialist you will become an expert in both Business Process and systems supporting the process. The work involves gaining understanding and knowledge of our business, taking part in the configuration of our ERP system, training key users, performing test and validation work within our applications and providing go-live support. The role will require some travelling within Europe.
Working in a high performing team to implement IS/IT solutions and business processes in an international company appeals to you. You have an academic background (Masters Degree in Information Technology, Systems, business administration or similar) and a strong desire to continuously improve your knowledge of business processes and IS/IT. You take pleasure in finding solutions to challenging problems. You communicate fluently in English, both in writing and verbally and regard travelling as a natural and inspiring part of your work. Experience of working in projects and/or with ERP systems is beneficial.
